Ketchup Business is growing, and we are looking for someone who loves digital tools, organization, automation and varied projects as much as we do.

Whether you are looking for a university internship for winter 2026 or a part-time job , this opportunity could really help you progress quickly in the world of digital transformation.

The position is entirely remote, between 15 and 30 hours per week, this will be determined with the selected candidate. Possibility of a permanent full-time job offer after 3 to 6 months.

What you will do on a daily basis

Platform configuration and optimization

Configure management tools (Monday, ClickUp, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, QuickBooks and many others).
Set up and maintain automations , especially via Make and Zapier, but also with the native automations of each platform.
To lend a hand in improving internal processes and those of our clients.

Documentation, tutorials and support

Create clear tutorials (written or video) to explain to customers how to use their tools.
Participate in documenting processes to keep our projects well organized.

Content creation

Write automated emails, short advertising texts, and content for social media.
Create simple visuals with Canva or Nano Banana Pro.
Use AI tools to help you with writing and creation.

Requirements

To be a student or to have studied in a business-related program.
Having completed at least one academic year (being in the final year is a big plus).
Fluent in French and English (some clients are only English-speaking)
To be legally authorized to work in Canada .
