- Project kick-off meeting
- Defining project priorities, timelines and milestones.
- Meeting with all key stakeholders involved in the implementation and planning of follow-up meetings.
- Presentation of the process.
- Discovery workshops
- Discovery workshop 1: Analysis of existing processes, tools and software used. Creation of a mapping representing the processes, tools and software in place.
- Discovery workshop 2: Continued analysis of existing processes, tools and software used. Finalization of the mapping.
- Preparation of optimized processes
- Creation of an optimized version of the previous mapping, proposing new processes and potentially new platforms and tools as well as interactions between them.
- Presentation of the new mapping to key players
- Presentation of the proposed optimized processes
- Revision of the mapping and creation of a final version
- Configuration workshops
- Depending on the size of the project, between 3 and 6 two-hour workshops are planned to implement and connect the different platforms with the people who will be responsible for the different sections of the mapping.
- Strategic monitoring
- Weekly one-hour meetings for 8 weeks following implementation to answer questions and optimize the platforms.
